By signing up and actively using the Cave of Wonder program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Cave of Wonder may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with Cave of Wonder. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement or to file an appeal. Your continued participation in the Cave of Wonder program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.
Note about fraud----Using the same emails on the same offer types repeatedly, using proxies, using bots or form completers, competing from an unallowed country, using fake info and resetting your IP address multiple times in order to get more offers to credit is considered fraud and is grounds for disqualification from contests and possibly even a ban from the site.

 

You and Cave of Wonder are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and Cave of Wonder. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of Cave of Wonder. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the Cave of Wonder program. For privacy and for protection of our marketing strategies no part of the site, emails, newsletters, updates, templates and promotions may be reproduced in any way without prior consent. This includes but it not limited to use of our images, ideas, text, terms or any other information we consider as copyrighted material. Publishing/posting/quoting part or all of such content online or offline by any means or method is prohibited.

 

Cave of Wonder will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or Cave of Wonder program, even if Cave of Wonder has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, Cave of Wonder aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

 

You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with Cave of Wonder and may result in legal prosecution. Cave of Wonder strictly enforces anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. Cave of Wonder may charge up to $5 per Spam email sent. Multiple signups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. Cave of Wonder will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple signups.

This Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal information we gather when you use Cave of Wonder's services, as well as some of the steps we take to safeguard it.

We will not sell, disclose or lease our member�s personal information to any other entity, unless this information is required by a local Law Enforcement Agency's. The only exception is if anyone joins our site and does only GV and PS offers, then we can share your information, username, IP's email address etc. between other site admins to protect our investment.

 

Please note this Privacy Policy will change from time to time. We expect most such changes to be minor, but there may be changes that are more significant.
